WHEN IS MY RSVP DUE BY?

We're thrilled to share our special day with you, but we need your help with one important thing: RSVPing! As we're hosting a wedding with a limited guest count of 80, it's essential that we get an accurate headcount.

You have until Jan 17th, 2025 to RSVP and if booking into our room block secure your trip with a $250 CAD non-refundable deposit paid to Christine Bince.

We did our best to find a resort that had something for everyone at a reasonable price. There has been a limited number of deposits placed to hold the prices listed under the Resort tabs. These will be filled on a first come first serve bases.

Here's the thing: once we hit our RSVP deadline, we'll be sending out a second wave of invitations based on the confirmed numbers we receive.

So, if you're planning to join us, please don't delay and RSVP to secure your spot!

WHEN IS MY FULL PAYMENT DUE?

September 1st 2025 payment is due in full. We understand that planning for a destination wedding involves budget considerations. To make it easier, our travel agent Christine Bince is offering weekly or monthly payments from the initial deposit to the final payment, with no extra fees or charges.

HOW DO I BOOK?

HOW LONG CAN WE STAY?

We have reserved a block of rooms from Saturday, November, 22nd through Saturday, November 29th. The resort has a 4-night minimum, but we encourage you to stay for as many days as you'd like within our room block!

WHAT IF WE CAN'T MAKE IT?

We'd love for you to join us, but we know a destination celebration is a big ask. If you can't make it, we totally get it. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Thanks for understanding!

PASSPORT REMINDER!

Important: A valid passport is required for all travelers. Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond our travel dates. Don't forget to check your expiration date!

WILL THE TRAVEL RATES CHANGE?

Although we've reserved a number of rooms for our group, there are limited spots available. Reach out to Christine sooner then later to secure your spot, as reserved rooms become locked in by other guests, room selections become limited which potentially effects room rates. Booking outside the group may result in significant price hikes, making early booking within the group highly recommended.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

In November, days are usually warm, with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 24°C, while nights can be cooler, dropping into the 10°C to 15°C.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

For our wedding day, we are encouraging beach-cocktail attire. Our ceremony and reception venues are not in the sand, so feel free to wear your best dancing shoes or none at all!
